Day 1 : Arrival - Siem Reap  

Upon arrival in Siem Reap Airport, you are warmly welcomed by our driver and a friendly local guide for a pick up then transfer to your comfortable hotel for check in. The room will be ready at 14:00PM (Official check in time).

Afternoon, excursion to the floating village of Chong Kneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big village floating on the lake, and the "village" move from place to place following water levels and current. Also stop at Old Market, "Phsa Chas", a lively outdoor market where you will find antiquities, silver and gold jewelry, gems, silk, kramas, stone and wood carvings, as well as T-Shirts, CDs and other souvenirs. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap. 

Day 2 : Siem Reap – Angkor Thom – Ta Prohm – Angkor Wat

After breakfast at hotel, we go out to visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Continue visit Ta Prohm Temple, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. The temple of Ta Prohm was once used as a location in the famous Hollywood film Tomb Raider.  

Afternoon, visit Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Lastly, enjoy the sunset view with fresh air at Sra Srang. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 3 : Siem Reap - Phnom Kulen - Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chom

After breakfast at hotel, Pick up by guide and driver for your day tour to Phnom Kulen, considered the most sacred mountain in Cambodia located about 50km from Siem Reap. It was here that Jayavarman II declared himself a ‘god-king’ and gave birth to the Khmer Empire in AD 802. Declaring a unified Khmer Empire under a single ruler, it began what later would be known as the Angkor period, although the capital city would not be moved for another century. You will travel through a lush landscape of paddy fields and remote villages to the National Park. Your guide will take you to the major sights and explain the history of the Khmer Empire, revealing some unique places. You will explore several ruins, including the carvings of Yoni and Linga etched into the sandstone riverbed and the stone representation of the Hindu god Vishnu lying on his serpent Ananta, with his wife Lakshmi at his feet. Continue to visit Wat Pre Ang Thom is a focus of pilgrimage for Khmers during religious festivals and the large reclining Buddha carved into a huge sandstone boulder here offers spectacular views across the lush jungle. Nearby are impressive riverbed rock carvings, and a classic waterfall further downstream which is the perfect place to cool off after exploring. Nearby is a small, jungle-clad temple called Prasat Krau Romeas. Also visit Kulen Waterfall where you can take a refreshing bath.

Afternoon, It is then time to leave behind the plateau and drive back to Siem Reap. Lastly, take a stop at Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chom, a holy place that everyone comes to pray for a safe journey. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap.

Day 4 - Siem Reap - Departure

Breakfast is served at hotel. Free on your own leisure until the time our driver (no guide) picks up for a transfer to Siem Reap International Airport for your departure flight (pick up 3 hours ahead of your departure flight).
